• Discounts, scholarships, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and validity.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Students may request refunds by contacting triveni@tristarstudy.com following the refund policy.
• Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation relative to course commencement.
• In case of course cancellation by Tristar Global Academy, options include a full refund or transfer to an equivalent course.

7. Certification & Exams

• Completion certificates are issued upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.
• For third-party certifications, students are responsible for registration and fees; Tristar Global Academy provides guidance, not guarantees.

8. Job Placement & Study Abroad Guidance

• Placement support is offered but does not guarantee employment.
• Study abroad services provide advisory support; admission and visa decisions remain with the institutions and authorities.

9. User Conduct

• Users must behave professionally and respectfully.
• Tristar Global Academy may remove a student from a course without refund if behavior is disruptive, abusive, or violates terms.

10. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, videos, and resources are intellectual property of Tristar Global Academy or its licensors.
• Students are granted a limited license for personal educational use only.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or transfer of materials is prohibited.
