Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or using the services provided by Tristar Global Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering on our website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Tristar Global Academy is an educational institution registered in Hyderabad, India. We offer professional training programmes in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, IT Service Management, Agile, Project Management, and related technology disciplines. We also provide Study Abroad advisory and consulting services.

2. Eligibility

To enrol in our courses or use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Have the right to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law

3. Course Enrolment & Registration

3.1 Enrolment

Enrolment in any course is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee and issuance of a confirmation by Tristar Global Academy. Seats are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Course Content

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change course content, instructors, schedules, and delivery formats (online/offline/hybrid) at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to enrolled students.

3.3 Course Access

Access to course materials, recorded sessions, and online resources is granted for the duration of the programme as specified at the time of enrolment. Extended access, if any, is subject to separate terms communicated at the time of enrolment.

4. Fees & Payment

All course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fees are payable offline as communicated by our team at the time of enrolment
Confirmation of enrolment will be provided upon receipt and verification of payment
Tristar Global Academy does not accept online payments through the website at this time
Any discounts, scholarships, or special offers are subject to individual terms and validity periods

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Student

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tristarstudy.com. The following policy applies:

Cancellation made 7 or more days before course commencement: eligible for a refund of fees paid, less an administrative charge of 10%
Cancellation made within 7 days of course commencement: no refund will be issued
No refunds will be processed after a course has commenced

5.2 Cancellation by Tristar Global Academy

In the event that Tristar Global Academy cancels a course due to insufficient enrolment or other operational reasons, enrolled students will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative batch/course of equivalent value.

6. Certification & Examinations

Tristar Global Academy issues course completion certificates to students who fulfil the required attendance and assessment criteria. For third-party certifications (e.g., EC-Council CEH, CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, PMP), students are required to independently register and pay the relevant examination body. Tristar Global Academy provides training and preparation support but does not guarantee examination outcomes.

7. Job Placement Assistance

Tristar Global Academy offers job placement assistance as a supplementary service for eligible students. This includes resume review, interview preparation, and access to job referrals. Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.

8. Study Abroad Services

Tristar Global Academy acts as an educational consultant for students seeking to study abroad. Our services include guidance on course selection, institution shortlisting, application support, and visa documentation advisory.

Students are solely responsible for meeting the admission requirements of foreign institutions and complying with visa regulations. Tristar Global Academy does not guarantee admission or visa approval. Institutional and visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective institutions and government authorities.

9. Student Conduct

All students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during classes, workshops, and all interactions with Tristar Global Academy staff, instructors, and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any student from a programme without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, presentations, and resources provided by Tristar Global Academy are the intellectual property of Tristar Global Academy or its licensors. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any course material without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tristar Global Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course or service in question.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.

13. Amendments

Tristar Global Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on our website at www.tristarstudy.com. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
